For events beginning September 28, each fan aged 12 and older must have a government-issued ID and present proof of one of the following for entry into Rogers Place:

  • Receipt of full COVID-19 vaccination, meaning the full series of a World Health Organization approved COVID-19 vaccine or combination of approved vaccines, received at least 14 days prior to the day of the game.
  • A negative COVID-19 test result from a healthcare provider taken within 72 hours of the game’s scheduled start time.

Fans aged two and older are required to always wear face coverings while on Rogers Place property, except when actively eating or drinking.

Face coverings must be made with at least two layers of breathable material and fully cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin and against the sides of the face.

Based on public health guidance, neck gaiters; open-chin triangle bandanas; face coverings containing valves, mesh material, or holes of any kind; costume masks; or clear face shields worn on their own, are not acceptable forms of face coverings.

To ensure a safe environment for fans, eliminate unnecessary contact at entry gates, and to accelerate fan entry into the arena, the NHL and Rogers Place have implemented a No Bag Policy that prohibits all bags from being brought in to Rogers Place by fans.

Small clutch bags and wallets are still permitted

Exceptions to this policy will be made for diaper bags and medically necessary items after proper x-ray inspection. To assist with entry into Rogers Place with a medically necessary bag, please contact our Ticketing & Customer Services Team in advance of the event at 780-414-4625 or info@rogersplace.com

KC Knights Southside will be one of the associations singled out during the game on the scoreboard during timeouts, intermission, etc. as well as on ice activities before the game.  In the past, KC Peewee teams have been flag bearers and various teams have had the opportunity to stand on the ice for the playing of the national anthem.  Needless to say, it is a great night for the kids and what makes it even better is when the oil kings score their first goal the teddy bears start flying (http://oilkings.ca/video/teddy-bear-toss-goal).

This could be you... throwing the bears when the first goal gets scored.  Will you be there?
